One of Lydia’s favorite things about bodywork is representing the Native teachings of the “hollow bone” - holding space for the body on the table without agenda or ego attached. She wants clients to know that they are the real healers, and she is just a facilitator of help.

Her specialty of hot and cold stones incorporates easily into Swedish, therapeutic, and deep tissue work - and she uses joint mobilization techniques in every session.

Her hope is to be a safe space where each person can fully relax and let the work be what they need it to be. Lydia is originally from Staunton, VA, and is a recent Oregon City resident. In her spare time, she’s being a dog and cat mom to Rambo, Skipperdee, and Mr. Meowgi.
